All UrbanEars Plattan Headphones have been marked from $65 to $40. This deal only available until we close this Saturday!

As some of you may or may not know, Nomads tenure in Hayes Valley is coming to an end. For the past couple weeks we have been marking down and selling off the remnants of our stock at a great discount, as our final effort to “do it for the dudes”. Our final day will be this Saturday, May 3rd, and until then we will have all product out on the floor at discounts of up to %90. We are open everyday until then from 10a-7p, and would love to see you and say farewell face-to-face. Sincerely, from the gang at Nomads.

We are excited to have Marshall’s latest addition to their speaker / headphone line-up in the shop.

The Stanmore possesses the rugged construction, vintage amp looks and the great sound of it’s bigger brother, the Hanwell with a much smaller footprint. It also adds wireless bluetooth capability for easy connectivity to all your electronic devices. It also has an optical input for connectivity to devices such as Apple TV.

We have it hooked up in the store as our main stereo speaker and we encourage you to stop by and hear it for yourself.

Also we have restocked the Hanwell in the original black and gold color way. #sanfrancisco #Hayesvalley (at Nomads)

We just received two shipments of Bow Ties from The Cordial Churchman and Dibi ties. These come in a wide range of Winter fabrics and colors and add spice to any cold weather ensemble. Come in and try them on for yourself.

After a very long wait, we finally have our first five White Label Cartel Musica tees in  the shop. This limited edition series include tees inspired by Sade, Leonard Cohen, The Smiths, New Order and Joe Strummer of The Clash. Come see them in person and please spread the word to those you know that are fans of these seminal musicians.

New to Nomads for this coming San Francisco Autumn/Winter seasons is the famed French rain jacket collection, K-Way. Born on a rainy day in France in 1965, a man developed a water-proof nylon jacket that stuffed into a small pouch to carry when the rain subsided. Beloved by the Europeans for decades, K-way has opened distribution to the US, and Nomads is happy to be one of the first places for them to call home on this side of the pond. Bright colored full and half zip rain jackets, totes, duffels, and even packable rain-hats are just a few of the great product that K-Way has to offer to keep you and your precious belongings dry this coming rainy season.

Now at Nomads, the Marshall Amplification Hanwell Stereo Speaker in heritage colors. The Hanwell is Marshall’s premier stand-alone stereo speaker compatible any device that takes a 1/4 inch stereo plug (the universal headphone jack). Marshall didn’t skimp on any aspects of sound or design with this beast. They drew upon their classic look and shape to offer an in-home speaker that appears to be able to crank out sound even the gnarliest of guitar shredders. It’s packed with dual sets of long-throw subwoofers and hifi tweeters for a full crisp sound sure to fulfill the dreams of any bedroom rockstar. Don’t just take our word for it, check out all the reviews from Technoodling, Digital Trends, and Spiegel Online. If your a music head looking for a quality sound system come down to Nomads San Francisco and check out the Marshall speaker.

Our friends over at The Bold Italic have organized an event in our lovely Hayes Valley on Thursday August 22nd starting at 6pm many of the stores and restaurants in the neighborhood will staying open later, serving special food and drinks, and offering specials and discounts for event shoppers. Here at the store we will be offering 10% off all items, and additional 10% off all sale items. We will be pouring a especial tequila fina for shoppers to sip on while they try on some new duds. We’ll see you there!

Well our little Nomadsistas week 1 of our warehouse sale has come and gone, thank you so dearly to all of you who came in and took advantage of the killer deals. If you were not so lucky as to make it in then don’t you fret! We have been regularly adding more product on the floor as items are scooped up by bargain-hunters (we’re saving some of the best for last!!). For those that came in the first few days we have shuffled things about so the different sections are more organized, giving the store a slightly more “user-friendly interface”. Also, all current Spring/Summer 2013 product has been reduced to 50% off, there are some really great pieces at awesome prices, you know, if you’re trying to look contemporary on a contemporary budget. As well, there is a huge section with a selection of sweaters for $20-$50, and we’re talking everything from Summer-y cotton knits to heavy-gauge wool sweaters that will keep you toasty for many year-round SF Winters that will last longer than you will. And finally, as a reminder, there are bountiful amounts of XXL’s in every type of garment one could imagine. If you yourself are not a large feller, but know the type that is always claiming stores only carry clothing for “skinny little waify men” then you know where they should be! We hope to see you soon (we ain’t gonna run this thang too long), and remember Mo’ Summer Mo’ Better!!!

Keyvan, and the Crew

The first day of our warehouse sale has officially kicked off! To anyone who was in today: we excuse our mess we spent the morning setting everything up. Tomorrow we will have a grip on whats going on around here, and things will look a bit more polished. For those that didn’t make it around quite yet, there are many great items from pants to shirts in all shapes and sizes. We will continue to bring out product as space is made, so continue to check back as more items make it to the floor. Come get yo’ shop on!

Greetings Nomadistas,

Introducing two new fits from Fidelity Denim! The Impala features a slim thigh followed by a razor-straight cut below the knee, produced in a soft gently washed stretch denim for ultimate comfort and wearability. Next is the Torino, one of Fidelity’s new skinny fits, which in our opinion, looks good on every guy we’ve put them in, made with a stretch denim for easy maneuvering. Both feature Fidelity’s re-vamped clean back pocket, and genuine leather back patch. If you aren’t so familiar with Fidelity denim all their jeans are designed in Vancouver, Canada and are sewn in Los Angeles from Italian sourced denim. The quality and comfort this brand offers makes them bound to be your go-to jeans for years to come. Come in to see our range of fabrics, fits, and washes. See you then!
